Our Annual Christmas Luncheon was a success! Thank you for taking so much time to listen to what my needs were concerning the set up of the room and requirements for the entertainment, then turning my verbal request and ramblings into an elegant setting. After meeting with you and observing the company's operations, I am further convinced that Doubletree has met and exceeded my expectations for a memorable holiday event. You and your staff are to be commended for such personal attention to detail. The buffet food was excellent, and plentiful. I certainly enjoyed working with you! The Christ Child Society of Palm Beach held its 18th Annual Luncheon and Fashion Show at the Doubletree Hotel. From the very beginning, James Romeo and Dolly Moody were a joy to work with. James was very professional in his explanations and suggestions as well as courteous while going through the contract. On Saturday, Dolly came to our rescue in finding a beautiful punch bowl for our raffle tickets and was on hand asking several times if we needed anything, as did James. We had 5 additional unexpected people at the last minute and James said "no problem" while Dolly had the staff add that many place settings to a table without a second thought. Thank you very much for having such competent, easy to work with people on your staff and we look forward to working with them again next year.

Your ears must be burning from all the compliments we received after having our fashion show and luncheon at the Doubletree Palm Beach Gardens. Members and guests raved about the food - such a great selection. Even the die-hards who insisted the buffet wouldn't work ended up praising the setup you had.
