- When reservations are made, guest must disclose that their pet will be visiting
- A pet fee of $75.00 per stay will be charged
- No more than two (2) pets are permitted per guestroom
- Any damages (ripped carpet, chewed furniture, excremental matter, etc.) will be the sole responsibility of the pet owner
- In consideration of all guests, pets must never be left unattended
- Pets must be kept on a leash or in a pet carrier at all times; except in room with owner
- Pets are not permitted in our restaurant, gym or pool area
- Pet owner must be present when any hotel staff member (housekeeper, maintenance crew, wait staff) is servicing the guestroom
- Pet must be restrained or removed from room while hotel staff is working in the room. Front Desk must be notified when owner(s) leave pet(s) unattended in guestroom and use the "Pet in Room" door hanger
- Dog owners are also expected to pick up outside on hotel grounds after their pets
- Guests may be asked to vacate if the pet becomes a nuisance to other guests (i.e. continual barking)
